| Greenspring Realty Group is the original real estate company that was established in 1989 to market and sell new and resale Greenspring town homes for the developer. The developer was then known as Greenspring of Vermont, Inc. and a reputation for quality construction was obvious. 171 units have been built and sold since 1985, the last being built in 1997. In 1995 the developer purchased the Kingswood project in a bank foreclosure. After a complete redesign and permiting process, new construction on Queen Anne's Way began in 2002. Today there are 107 finished and sold town homes, one newly completed unit for sale, and permits in place for the next 50 units. The same established developer is now called Kingswood of Vermont, Inc. Rentals Only was founded to provide a professional dependable approach to the rental market, whether the stay is for a weekend or entire season. Experience has proven that these visitors are very likely to become residents of Mount Snow area. |
